Forthaven is the city built to hold the surviving population of Earth. It is the only settlement built on Carpathia. It is built from the first transport ship to Carpathia - CT-1. Other transport ships can be seen within the picture to the right, it can be seen at the far left of the picture. It is estimated to contain 70,000 people within its walls. Forthaven is governed by a Council led by President Richard Tate, it's police force is the PAS.
